Bookings are essential and must be made through our Z4K booking kiosk located in the lobby. All cancellations must be made at least 2 � hours prior to session commencing or by 6:30pm the night before a morning session or a full session charge will be forfeited. Children may stay for a maximum of two sessions per day. Children staying for consecutive sessions stay through the break between sessions.
If you wish to use Zone 4 Kids on the day you arrive, please book at the booking kiosk located in the resort lobby as soon as you can after arriving . If you are arriving after the booking cut off time (3pm for evening session) please telephone Zone 4 Kids on 07-5579 4420 before 3pm on the day you are arriving, to make a telephone booking. Telephone bookings will only be accepted if you are not arriving until after the booking cut off time of 3pm.
Children are divided into different age groups over seven themed play spaces. Sometimes this means that siblings will be in different play spaces, however this will ensure that each child is given the care and activities that are appropriate for their age.
Children may choose to dine with Z4K for breakfast, lunch or dinner or attend the activity session only and not dine. Non-diners attending the activity session should arrive at Z4K 1 hour after morning & afternoon session commencement & 1 ½ hours after evening session commencement. A fee may apply for children requiring special needs care.
For 0-4 year olds, please ensure you bring with your child/ren: a hat, spare clothes, a minimum of three disposable nappies, wipes, bottle and formula/milk, if required, and also any comforters. For 5-12 years please bring a named hat.
For Emergency contact, parents must leave mobile phones switched on at all times, not on message bank. Parents will be called to collect their children at the first sign of distress. (It is advised that parents do not leave the resort until your child is settled).
All children are different and some may require special attention or dietary meals. Here at Z4K we welcome all children. Please advise any special requirements for your child/ren at time of booking. Please note: If one on one care is required, there is an additional charge of $25 per hour (minimum of 2 hours).
