Booking Terms and Conditions

To book on this site you must be over 18 years of age. You must have authorisation to use the credit card. The person effecting the booking is deemed to have accepted terms and conditions on behalf of all people named in the booking.

Amendments and cancellations can be made up to 48 hours prior to arrival date and a full refund will apply. Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of arrival will be charged at the equivalent of one night's accommodation fee. Any refunds due will be credited in the same method that payment was received, the booking fee will not be refundable.

All fees are charged in Australian dollars (AUD) and all reservations are processed at our trading address of 122 Ferny Avenue, Surfers Paradise, QLD, Australia.

Children are deemed as being aged 0-12 years inclusive while 13 years and over are deemed as adults. All rates are subject to availability. Check in time is from 2.00pm (1400hrs). Check out is 11.00am (1100hrs).
