Booking Terms and Conditions

To book on this site you must be over 18 years of age. You must have authorisation to use the credit card. The person effecting the booking is deemed to have accepted terms and conditions on behalf of all people named in the booking.

Standard Terms and Conditions - Amendments and cancellations can be made up to 72 hours prior to arrival date and a full refund will apply. Bookings cancelled within 72 hours of arrival will be charged at the equivalent of one night's accommodation fee. Any refunds due will be credited in the same method that payment was received. The booking fee will not be refundable.

All fees are charged in Australian dollars (AUD) and all reservations are processed at our trading address of 122 Ferny Avenue, Surfers Paradise, QLD, Australia. Surcharges may apply on certain dates within the travel period. These will be specified at time of booking

Amendments and cancellations to reservations may be made by email quoting your booking reference number or by calling +61-7-55794444.

For accommodation portion, Children are deemed as being aged 0-12 years inclusive while 13 years and over are deemed as adults. For Tours and extras, different age categories may apply and are outlined on each extra at time of booking. All rates are subject to availability. Check in time is from 2.00pm (1400hrs). Check out is 11.00am (1100hrs).

Sale Terms and Conditions - Applicable to sales and specials as specified. Amendments can be made up to 72 hours prior to arrival date, subject to availability and provided that new dates fall within the sale travel period. Cancellations or non arrivals will not be refundable.

Sale Terms and Conditions for the Coles Group and Myer Gift Card Campaign - In addition to the above Standard Terms and Conditions and sales terms and conditions the following conditions also apply.  Book before 28/02/2010 and travel between 24/01/10 - 31/07/10.  Rooms start from $160 per room per night and includes Kids Stay And Play FREE plus a minimum of 2 nights and receive a FREE $100 Coles group and Myer Gift Card or stay 4 nights and recieve a $200 Coles Myer and Group gift card.  Maximum $200 gift card per booking.  You must stay the required consecutive nights within the travel period to recieve the gift card.  Gift Cards can not be redeemed for cash.  The Coles group and Myer gift card will be issued once you arrive at the resort and once you have received the gift card the card is your responsibility.  Lost or damaged cards will not be replaced.  The Coles Group & Myer gift card has its own conditions and some exclusions apply.  For full Terms of use visit www.giftcards.com.au or phone 1300 304 990.  Package also includes FREE Zone 4 Kids Club (Z4K) for children 0-12years.  One free session per child per day for 0-4years and two free sessions per child per day 5-12years.  Kids 0-12years stay Free (maximum capacities for each room type apply).  Rooms are subject to availability.  Can not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
